Concrete Pan Head Screw
Caliburn™ screws are professionally engineered fasteners for concrete and similar applications. They feature a patented thread design for ease of driving the screw. They are available in different head designs for multiple applications with the recommended GRK™ Drill Bits. Caliburn™, Caliburn™ PH and Caliburn™ XL are Climatek™ coated for high corrosion resistance.
The Caliburn™ PH concrete Pan Head screw is ideal for electrical and plumbing applications.

To Use:
Pre-drill pilot hole with 3/16 Concrete Drill Bit for Caliburn™ and Caliburn™ PH screws,
or 1/4 GRK Concrete Drill Bit
for Caliburn™ XL screws.
Clear concrete dust from hole.
Drive the screw with GRK #25 or #30 bit for Caliburn™ and Caliburn™ PH screws,
or #40 bit for Caliburn™ XL screws.

- These figures are only offered as a guide, are not guaranteed by GRK and not reduced by any safety factor.
- For safety factor requirements in your area, contact your local building official architect or engineer. Testing was performed according to ASTM standard E-488-96. For specific calculations refer to ACI #318 Appendix D
